Air-Crisper Buffalo Hot Wings
THESE are the best wings I have had bar none… AND not deep fried! Twist is you need an air-fryer of course ;) I’m not a big Franks hot sauce gal, but it is PERFECT in this recipe. A nice big bowl of veg with this and. you are set!

Ingredients
Chicken Wings
2 pounds Wings
1 tablespoon Baking Powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1 teaspoon Paprika
Buffalo Sauce
1 tablespoon Butter
1/4 cup Hot Sauce
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
Instructions
Chicken Wings
Preheat the air fryer to 375 °F for 3 minutes.
Place the wings into a large bowl. Add the baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika and toss to combine.
Place the wings into the air fryer basket in an even layer in batches.
Spray the buffalo wings lightly with olive oil spray—Cook for 10 minutes.
Turn the buffalo wings over and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes until a thermometer registers 165 °F when inserted into the wings.
Buffalo Sauce
Place the tablespoon of butter into a medium saucepan and set it over medium-high heat.
Once the butter melts, add the hot sauce, garlic powder, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce in a medium saucepan.
Bring the Buffalo sauce to a boil and simmer for 1 minute.
Remove the buffalo sauce from the heat and pour it into a medium bowl.
Add the chicken wings to the Buffalo sauce and toss to coat them in the buffalo sauce.
